1. Booking

Booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit. Minimum stay: 2 nights.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 10:00.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Within 14 days: 50% refund. Last 48 hours or no-show: no refund.

4. Payment

We accept credit card and bank transfer. Balance due at check-in.

5. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

6. Jurisdiction

Court of Palermo, Italy.
